【摘要】 目的了解汉族、哈萨克族食管癌患者体内抗核抗体(ANA)阳性率、细胞内定位及荧光模式特点,分析可能存在的民族差异。方法应用间接免疫荧光法检测76例汉族、92例哈萨克族不同年龄段食管癌患者血清中ANA。结果汉族、哈萨克族食管癌患者ANA阳性率无显著差异。但两组在荧光图形上有明显不同,哈萨克族食管癌患者ANA阳性率显著高于汉族。两组ANA阳性率均有随年龄增长而升高的趋势,女性ANA阳性率均高于男性。结论汉族、哈萨克族食管癌患者血清ANA表达不同,存在民族差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the positive rate of anti-nuclear antibodies(ANA),the locations of their target antigens in cell and the essence of their target antigents in esophageal cancer patients serum in Han and Hasake nationalities.analys is the differences in nations.Methods Using indirected immunofluorescence(IIF),ANA in sera of esophageal cancer patients in 76 Han,92 Hasake nationalities were detected.Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of serum ANA with esophageal cancer between Han and Hasake nationalities.The fluorescence pattern were quite different between the two groups,The positive rate of anti-nucleole antibody in esophageal cancer patients in Hasake nationatilities with esophageal cancer patients was significantly higher than that in Han.The positive rate of ANA increased with the growth of age in both groups.The positive rate of ANA in female group was higher than in male group.Conclusions Expression of ANA in esophageal cancer patients in Han and Hasake nationalities is different.It contains nation difference.更多还原
