【摘要】 目的探讨放射治疗联合局部药物注射注治疗阴茎海绵体硬结症的疗效。方法38例阴茎海绵体硬结症患者,均予直线加速器放疗,总剂量12~16 Gy,同时给予醋酸可的松1 mg+2%利多卡因1.0 ml硬结内注射0.8 ml,其余注射到硬结四周。结果35例均得到随访,治疗后硬结消失22例,缩小10例,无变化3例,有效率为91.4%。结论放射联合局部注射药物治疗阴茎硬结症方法简单,效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the Dtherapeutic effect of radiotherapeutics associated with local injection in Peyronie’s disease.Methods 38 cases with Peyionie’ s disease were studied.All patients accepted radiotherapeutics with total dose12～16 Gy,and injected with cortisone acetate injection 1mg and lidocaine hydrochloride injection 1.0ml(0.8ml into the mass and the rest around it).Results 35 cases were follow-up studied.The mass disappeared in 22 cases,became smaller in 10 cases and did not change in 3 cases.The total effective rate was 91.4%.Conclusion Radiotherapeutic associated with local injection management in Peyronie’s disease is simple and satisfactory.更多还原
