【摘要】 目的探讨细胞凋亡线粒体通路中Bcl-2和Bax在各阶段皮肤毛细血管瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测人皮肤毛细血管瘤增殖期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平。结果Bcl-2在增殖期毛细血管瘤中表达高于退化期和正常皮肤组织(P<0.01),Bcl-2在退化期和正常皮肤组织中表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。Bax在退化期毛细血管瘤中表达高于增殖期和正常皮肤组织(P<0.01),Bax在增殖期中表达高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-2和Bax与皮肤毛细血管瘤的自然过程有密切联系,细胞凋亡的线粒体通路可能是皮肤毛细血管瘤自行消退的重要途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bcl-2 and Bax in the different phases of dermal capillary hemangioma.Methodsmmunohistochemical stain technique was used to examine the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in the different phases of dermal capillary hemangioma and in normal skin tissues.ResultsThe expression of Bcl-2 in proliferating capillary hemangioma was significantly higher than that in involuting capillary hemangioma and normal skin tissues(P<0.01).No significant difference of Bcl-2 expression was found between involuting capillary hemangioma and normal skin tissues(P>0.05).On the contrary,the expression of Bax in involuting capillary hemangioma was significantly higher than that in proliferating capillary hemangioma and normal skin tissues(P<0.01),and the expression of Bax in proliferating capillary hemangioma was also higher than that in normal skin tissues(P<0.05).ConclusionsThere may exist a significant correlation between the expression of Bcl-2/Bax and the development of dermal capillary hemangioma.The apoptosis of the capillary hemangioma cells through the mitochondrial pathway may be the major way of the spontaneous involution of dermal capillary hemangioma.
