【摘要】 目的探讨修复虹膜根部断离的简易复位手术方法。方法显微镜下对虹膜根部断离的16例(16眼)行巩膜穿刺和嵌顿修复术。结果所有患眼虹膜根部断离得到修复,瞳孔恢复圆形,视力有不同程度的提高。结论在巩膜上穿刺隧道、嵌顿断离的虹膜根部的术式,简便易行,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss a microsurgical repair method of partical iridodialysis.Methods Under microscopy 16 cases(16 eye) of partical iridodialysis were repaired by puncturing tunnels on the scleras.Result After the operations,all the pupils became circular and eyesight was improved.Conclusion It is simple,safe and effective to repair partical iridodialysis by puncturing tunnels on the scleras.更多还原
