【摘要】 目的探讨应用鼻中隔矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法将104例合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组54例,对照组50例。治疗组患者施行鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下切除术。对照组常规应用抗组胺药、糖皮质激素等药物治疗。结果术后随访1年,治疗组总有效率92.6%,对照组总有效率84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔矫正术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of nasal septum deviation correction for allergic rhinitis(AR) with septum deviation and to explore its mechanism.Method 54 cases in the treatment group were treated with nasal septum deviation correction and 50 cases in the control group were treated by antihistaminic or glucocorticosteroids.Result Followed up for one year,the curative response rate in the treatment and control groups was 92.6% and 84% (P<0.01).Conclusion Septum correction is one of the effective methods for AR with septum deviation.更多还原
