气相色谱法测定苯中噻吩含量

【摘要】 采用FPD检测器,外标法定量,探讨了气相色谱法测定苯中噻吩含量,并确定了汽化温度、气体流速等色谱条件。以无噻吩苯作溶剂,在汽化温度和检测室温度均为200℃条件下,确定最佳气体流速氢气∶空气=45∶100时,样品分离效果较好。该方法具有较高的精密度,与国家标准方法相比,分析速度快,结果准确度高,测定结果的相对允许误差<5%,满足产品质量检测要求。

【Abstract】 The determination of thiophene content in benzene by gas chromatography was discussed by FPD detector and external standard method and chromatogram conditions such as evaporation temperature and gas current speed were confirmed. With the benzene without thiophene as solvent and the temperature of vaporization and detecting room at 200 ℃, the best flow rate of hydrogen and air was 45∶ 100 and with good separating results of the samples. Comparing with the National Standard analysis method, this method had high precision, fast analysis speed and high accuracy. The relative allowable error is smaller than 5%, satisfying the demands of production quality test.
