经济型Ⅲ级热轧带肋钢筋的生产实践

【摘要】 介绍了济钢第一小型轧钢厂利用穿水冷却工艺技术,减少微合金元素的加入量,试制Ⅲ级热轧带肋钢筋的生产过程。结果表明:铌含量控制在0.005%~0.015%范围内,规格为Φ16~Φ25 mm、Φ25~Φ28 mm、Φ32 mm以上的热轧带肋钢筋穿水后终冷温度分别控制在800~830℃、780~810℃、750℃以下,热轧态、时效及焊接性能均能满足标准要求且余量较大,钢筋低成本优势明显。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the trial-production of Ⅲ grade hot-rolled ribbed bar by intensive pressure water cooling and reducing micro alloy addition in No.1 small section mill of Jinan Steel.The results showed that when the Nb content was between 0.005 to 0.015 percent,for Φ16~Φ25 mm,the temperature after water cooling was 800 to 830 ℃,for Φ25~Φ28 mm specification,the temperature after water cooling was 780 to 810 ℃ and for Φ32 mm upward specification,the temperature after water cooling was below 750 ℃,the mechanical properties and the ageing and welding properties were all reach and largely over the standard requirements and the production cost was low.
