【摘要】 目的探讨强直性脊柱炎患者髋关节受累强直时实行人工全髋关节置换的方法和疗效。方法对9例强直性脊柱炎双髋受累患者全部行双侧人工全髋关节置换术(2例使用骨水泥型假体,7例使用生物型假体)。术后系统康复训练,随访观察6~26个月(平均18个月),Harris评分进行术后临床评定,X线检查观察假体有无松动、脱位及异位骨化等。结果术后髋关节活动度明显改善,屈曲畸形基本矫正。根据术后X线评定均未出现假体脱位、松动、折断。最近一次Harris评分59~90分(平均76.4分)。结论人工全髋关节置换术是治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节受累强直的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of total hip arthroplasty(THA) in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods 9 patients with AS underwent total hip arthroplasty on both lateral hips at the same time with a lateral incision(bone cement prosthesis was used in 2 patients and no cement prosthesis in 7 patients),after the operations they received systemic healing exercises and were followed up for 6 to 26(mean 18) months.The Harris grade system and X-ray examination were used to evaluate the curative effects.Results The post-operational movement range was significantly improved,and all of the flexion deformities were nearly rectified.According to their X-rays,there were also no dislocations,aseptic loosening or fractures of the prosthesis.The recent Harris hip scores of these patients after THA were 59 to 90 and the average scores was 76.4.Conclusion THA is effective in treating patients with ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
