NKC-9酸性树脂非均相催化合成查耳酮
NKC-9 acidic resin catalyzed the synthesis of chalcones
【摘要】 NKC-9酸性树脂催化芳醛与苯乙酮的Claisen-Schmidt缩合合成了五种查耳酮,收率81%~92%.考察了催化剂的用量和溶剂对收率的影响.该方法产率高、操作简便.产物结构经IR、NMR数据确认.
【Abstract】 Claisen-Schmidt condensation of acetophenone with aromatic aldehydes was catalyzed by NKC-9 acidic resin in chloroform under refluxing condition.Five chalcones were prepared in the yield of 81%~92%.It was found that the yield mainly depended on the catalyst loading and the solvent.The structures of the products were characterized by IR and NMR spectra.
