【Abstract】 With the rapid development of global economic integration,inteuectual rights have risen to the height of country development.In use of the intellectual property right,the public management of government and NGO seems particularly important.There are some original and common experience methods in utilizing public management in intellectual property right in U.S.A.,Japan,South Korea which have general reference and direction meaning.These national advanced ideas and experience of utilizing public management of intellectual property right,will undoubtedly improve the management of intellectual property right in our country.更多还原
