从蜂王浆中提取蜂王酸的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨从蜂王浆中提取蜂王酸(10-HAD)的工艺。方法二次有机溶剂提取,二次调pH,用高效液相色谱法对10-HDA进行定性分析。结果蜂王浆中10-HDA的最佳提取条件为:蜂王浆水溶液pH 10,加入乙醚提取杂质,再调pH 2加入乙醚提取10-HDA。结论此法可从蜂王浆中高效提取10-HDA。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the technique of extraction of 10-HDA from royal jelly.Methods The HPLC was used for the qualitative analysis of 10-HDA with two organic solvents used and pH adjusted twice.Results The best extraction condition of 10-HDA from the royal jelly was as follows: first adjusting the pH of the solution to 10,then adding ether for the extraction of impurity;secondly adjusting the pH to 2,then adding ether for the extraction of 10-HDA.Conclusion This method can be used for the high effective extraction of 10-HAD from royal jelly.
