【Abstract】 In this paper an experiment is designed to study the technical condition for the extraction of water soluble polysaccharide from the Lactarius delicious(L.:Fr)Gray.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,temperature 90 ℃,the total time 3 hrs and extracting times 3.The extraction rate can be up to 7.55%.更多还原
