从城乡劳动力市场看高校毕业生就业难

【摘要】 高校毕业生就业难已经成为当前社会生活中一个热点问题。这一问题不能妥善解决,将会引起社会的不稳定和人力资源的巨大浪费。由于体制的原因我国的劳动力市场被严重分割为城市和农村两大块。本文从毕业生就业难现象入手,剖析政府应在政策和财力上向农村劳动力市场倾斜,进一步完善农村劳动力市场以促使城乡劳动力市场的自由流动,以缓解毕业生失业问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The difficult employment of college graduates has become a hot issue.The problem can not be resolved,will result in social instability and the waste of human resources.The labour market of China is seriously divided into two major pieces:urban and rural labour market.In order to make the labour markets free movement and alleviate unemployment of graduates.The Government should tilt the policy and financial resources to the rural labour market、further improve rural labor market.更多还原
