液体推进剂管路局部损失及瞬变流动数值模拟
Numerical simulation of key loss coefficient and fluid transients in liquid rocket engine
【摘要】 在对某型号液体火箭发动机推进剂供应管路进行关机水击数值模拟的过程中,针对推进剂供应系统管路复杂,有特殊的阀门和五通等非标准元件的特点,利用Fluent模拟了非标准元件的局部流动过程,得到相应的局部流动阻力,进而应用特征线法对关机水击的瞬变流动进行数值计算,考虑了阀门关阀特性和流体汽化等各种情况,计算结果和热试车实测结果相当吻合。该文计算方法和结果可为液体火箭发动机系统安全设计提供参考,为有非标部件的管路系统水击估计提供途径。
【Abstract】 The phenomenon of water-hammer in a liquid rocket propellant pipeline was studied by the numerical simulation method.Some non-standard fittings are in the pipeline such as valve and five-passage junction,flow characteristic for these fittings are simulated with Fluent in order to get the valve and junction flow coefficient and loss coefficient data.After getting the flow and loss coefficient data,the overall numerical calculation of water hammer in the pipeline is based on the method of characteristic.The numerical simulation method and calculation results provide the reference for liquid rocket engine design;also give reasonable approaches to access the water hammer in pipelines including non-standard fittings.
