静脉血栓滤器血栓捕捉特性的体外实验研究
In-vitro evaluation of capture characteristics of vena cava filters
【摘要】 静脉血栓滤器(VCF,Vena Cava Filters)是一种临床用于收集、阻止血栓漂移的装置,特别是在治疗肺栓塞(PE)中应用较广。临床研究发现,其性能的优劣主要决定于结构设计和水动力学特性。本文选取常用的两种永久型滤器(Greenfield filter和TrapEase filter),对其在水平和垂直布置时的捕捉效率和流场特征等方面进行体外实验研究。结果表明:两种滤器在不同位置放置时其捕捉效率、移行趋势、流动滞止区等有明显的差异。这些研究结论将对临床治疗中滤器的选取,以及新一代高效滤器在捕捉效率和血液流动特性等方面的改进起到积极的作用。
【Abstract】 Vena Cava Filters(VCF) are designed to prevent embolism,particularly in treatment of pulmonary embolism(PE).Many medical researches indicated that the performances of VCF in clinic have close relationship with their structures and flow dynamic characteristics.In present study,trapping efficiency of two commercial permanent VCF(Greenfield filter and Trap-Ease filter) were evaluated in an in-vitro test system by using flow visualization;the vena model was placed vertically and horizontally.The experimental data demonstrated significant differences in performance of the two filters in the sense of clot capture,migration tendency,pressure loss and stagnation zone.The results are of crucial essence to choosing VCF for clinic purpose,and improving its efficiency and haemodynamics characteristics.
