新型手性Schiff碱配体及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物的设计、合成与表征
Design,Synthesis and Characterization of a New Chiral Schiff Base Ligand and Its Cu(Ⅱ) Complexes
【摘要】 Schiff碱金属配合物不仅具有抑菌、杀菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等方面的重要应用,而且在催化领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文以价廉、易得的葡萄糖为起始原料,经多步反应高产率地合成出了一类新型手性Schiff碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物,用IR,1H NMR对手性Schiff碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物进行了结构表征。到目前为止,该类手性Schiff碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物合成研究尚未见文献报道。
【Abstract】 The Schiff base metal complexes have been of interest in coordination for many years due to their biological activities including antibacterial,antifungal,anticancer and herbicidal activities.On the other hand,they are a class of important compounds in catalysis field.One type of new chiral Schiff base and it’s coordination compounds of copper(Ⅱ) have been synthesized by using D-glucose as the starting material through multi-step reaction and the products are characterized by IR spectroscopy and 1H NMR.To the best of our knowledge,such synthesis of chiral Schiff base copper(Ⅱ) complex has not been reported previously.
