超声波法提取金银花中绿原酸工艺参数优化研究
Parameter Optimization for Ultrasonic Extraction of Chorogenic Acid from Flos Lonicerae
【摘要】 采用超声波技术对金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺进行了研究,选择超声功率、乙醇浓度、超声时间、料液比为因素进行了正交试验,优选出超声提取的最佳工艺:即以85%的乙醇,料液比1:20,功率为150 W,超声波处理30 min。本方法具有提取效率高,提取时间短,温度低的优点。
【Abstract】 A novel extraction technique process of chorogenic acid from flos lonicerae with ultrasonic wave is investigated.Its optimum extracting conditions are derived from orthogonal experimental design.Results show that the optimal condition is ultrasonic wave 150W,85% ethanol,the ratio of ethanol to flos lonicerae-20:1,and extraction period-30min.The advantages of the approach are shorter extracting period,higher yield and lower temperature.
