气浮/沉淀技术提高二级出水水质对比试验研究

【摘要】 针对二级出水水质特点,设计小试装置对比研究了气浮和沉淀两种技术深度处理二级出水的处理效能,通过对浊度、COD、TP、UV254、细菌总数等指标的检测,试验结果表明,随着聚合氯化铝的投加量增加,气浮和沉淀技术均能将二级出水中的有机物、微细颗粒以及细菌等进一步去除,出水水质达到了再生水回用标准。与传统的沉淀工艺相比,气浮技术在去除细小微粒和有机物方面具有去除率高、耗药低、设计负荷高,占地面积小等优点,更适合处理低浓度的二级出水。

【Abstract】 The lab-scale experiment was carried out in the paper for improving secondary effluent quality by comparing flotation with sedimentation.The removal efficiencies of turbidity,COD,TP,UV254 and bacteria were investigated and the results show that the removal efficiencies of organics and particulate are higher by flotation or sedimentation technology with the increasing of the dosage of PAC.The effluent reached the water quality standard of reclaimed water.Compared with sedimentation process,the dissolved air flotation process has the advantages of high removal efficiencies of suspended particulate and organics and less coagulation dosage which means it is capable of treating low concentration secondary effluent.
