压力容器壁面泄漏口大小的定量研究
Quantitative Research of the Size of Leakage Vent on High Pressure Vessel
【摘要】 通过对压力容器泄漏孔中实际气体流动规律的分析,提出压力密闭容器内部和泄漏孔内气体流动的四种假设,在此基础上建立压力密闭容器漏气孔大小与内部气体压力变化之间的数学模型,通过算例表明该模型的应用价值。
【Abstract】 After analyzing flow law of actual air perforating through the wall of high pressure vessel,four hypotheses of air flow in the vent of high pressure airtight vessel were proposed,and based on these,a mathematical model on the diameter of air leakage vent and the variation of interior air pressure in high pressure airtight container was built.A calculation example for the model shows its application value,and lays a theoretical basis for its application in practice and further study.
