【摘要】 介绍了以甲醇-水(pH=3.0,体积比40:60)为流动相,使用VP-ODS不锈钢柱,在230nm条件下使用紫外检测器,对叶枯唑进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。测定方法中叶枯唑的回收率在98.8%~100.1%之间,标准偏差为0.103,变异系数为0.50%。证明该方法快速、准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitive analysis of bismerthiazol was determined by HPLC.The operating conditions by HPLC were ODS column,using methanol and water(pH=3.0,40:60 by vol.)as mobile phase and wavelength 230nm.The recoveries of bismerthiazol was 98.8%～100.1%,the stand deviation was 0.103,the variation voefficient was 0.50%.The results indicated that this method was fast,accurate and resporserble.更多还原
