水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成与性能研究
Study on Synthesis and Properties of Water-borne Polyurethane
【摘要】 采用芳香族聚酯二元醇与二异氰酸酯反应合成了一系列水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,探讨了影响水性聚氨酯稳定性、机械性能及热性能等的有关因素。研究发现用芳香族聚酯二元醇与TD I/HD I合成的水性聚氨酯乳液有较好的稳定性,当控制NCO/OH物质的量比为1.4左右,扩链剂EDA的加入量约为3%时,水性聚氨酯胶粘剂有较好的综合性能。
【Abstract】 A series of water-borne of polyurethane were synthesized using aromatic polyester diols with di-isocyanates.Factors affecting storage stability,mechanical properties and thermal property were researched.The results showed that water-borne of polyurethane latex synthesized by aromatic polyester diols with TDI/HDI had good stability,the integral performances of emulsion was optimum when NCO/OH ratio was 1.4 and the amount of extender(EDA) was 3%.
