【摘要】 目的:研究初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)中医病机与证候特点。方法:以居民小区为基本抽样群,采用随机、分层、整群抽样方法,对北京市近郊、远郊及市区的3个社区20岁以上长住居民5465人进行糖尿病筛查,并对其中初发T2DM患者进行中医四诊信息采集,探讨其病机与证候特点。结果:344例T2DM患者中,肥胖(含超重)患者267例(占77.6%);虚实病机所占比例从大到小依次为实热、痰湿、阴虚、血瘀、气虚、气郁、阳虚、血虚,实证明显多于虚证;痰热互结证101例(29.4%),阴虚热盛证85例(24.7%),气阴两虚证32例(9.3%),其他证型26例(7.6%),无证候者100例(29.1%)。结论:初发T2DM肥胖患者占多数,无症状占很大比例,病机以实热、痰湿多见,痰热互结证是初发T2DM的主要证型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the TCM pathology and syndrome characteristics of first attack Diabetes Ⅱ.Methods: A total of 5465 persons aged over 20 in 3 communities,respectively from suburb area,exurban area and urban area of Beijing,were screened in a random and stratified way.Diagnostic information on first attack Diabetes Ⅱwere collected.Results: There were 344 patients with first attack Diabetes Ⅱ,including 267 patients with obesity(including overweight).The cases with sthenia syndrome outnumbered the cases with asthenia syndromes.There were 101 cases with combined sputum-heat syndrome(accounting for 29.4%),85 cases with Yin deficiency and heat excess syndrome(24.7%),32 cases with Qi-Ying deficiency syndrome(9.3%),26 cases with other syndromes(7.6%) and 100 cases with no syndromes(29.1%).Conclusion: Obese patients account for a major part of the patients with first attack DiabetesⅡ.There are many cases with no symptoms.Sthenic heat and phlegm-wet are the two major factors that lead to DiabetesⅡ.Therefore,combined sputum-heat syndrome is the major syndrome of first attack DiabetesⅡ.更多还原
