【摘要】 目的:阐明针灸与骨立结合对去势大鼠骨质疏松症模型骨密度及骨生物力学的影响,探讨该方法治疗骨质疏松症在骨质改善方面的疗效机制。方法:将60只6月龄健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、针灸组、骨立组、针灸结合骨立组和尼尔雌醇对照组,除假手术组外,其余各组切除双侧卵巢法建立骨质疏松症模型。造模3月后开始按不同方法进行治疗,治疗2月后将所有大鼠断颈椎处死。取大鼠左侧股骨,采用双能X线骨密度仪测骨密度(BMD)、万能材料实验机测股骨生物力学。结果:针灸与骨立结合组能更显著增加去卵巢骨质疏松症大鼠的骨密度与生物力学性能,与假手术组及尼尔雌醇阳性对照组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:针灸与骨立结合能有效阻止骨量降低,增强骨强度,阻止骨质疏松症的进一步发展并使丢失的骨量得到修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Guli method on the bone mineral density(BMD) and biomechanics of ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis,so as to explore the mechanism of bone substance improvement in treating osteoporosis.Methods: Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group: sham operation group,model group,acupuncture and moxibustion group,Guli group,acupuncture and moxibustion and Guli group,and nilestriol group.Postmenopausal osteoporosis model was established by removing the uterus under anesthesia.Each group was treated in certain ways for 2 months.Then,the rats were broken C-spine and killed,and the left femoral bone tissues were taken away.BMD in the tissues were measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry,and biomechanics were measured by Almighty Material Experimental Machine.Results: Compared with sham and nilestriol group,BMD and biomechanics were heightened significantly after acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Guli(P>0.05).Conclusion: The treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Guli method can prevent bone mineral lost effectively,enhance bone strength,suppress development further osteoporosis and restore the bone mass.更多还原
