喘复康合剂对抗原致敏支气管哮喘大鼠气道高反应性的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察喘复康合剂对卵白蛋白致敏大鼠支气管平滑肌的作用。方法:采用卵白蛋白致敏复制大鼠哮喘模型,通过整体、离体实验,观察喘复康合剂对致敏大鼠气道反应性的影响;并通过硝酸还原酶法测定肺组织中NO/NOS含量的变化。结果:喘复康合剂可显著减少致敏大鼠的肺溢流量,能显著对抗致敏大鼠受乙酰胆碱刺激时气管平滑肌的收缩;并减少支气管哮喘时肺组织中NO/NOS的表达。结论:喘复康合剂能显著降低卵白蛋白引发的哮喘大鼠气道高反应性,其作用的发挥可能是通过抑制肺组织NOS活性,减少NO表达而实现的。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of water extract of Chuanfukang mixture to bronchial smooth muscle of OVA-sensitizing-challenging asthmatic rats.Methods: The model of asthma rats was established by OVA sensitizing-challenging rats.Experiments in vivo and ex vivo were adopted to observe the effect of Chuanfukang on airway hyperreactivity.The content of NO/NOS of the lung tissue were detected by the method of nitric acid reductase.Results: Chuanfukang mixture obviously decreased the lung outflow volume and the contractile response of trachespiral-strip to Ach and the content of NO/NOS of the tissue of asthmatic rats.Conclusion: Chuanfukang mixture can obviously decrease the airway hyperreactivity of asthmatic rats most possibly by reducing the activity of NOS and decreasing the expression of NO of asthmatic rat lung tissue.
