【摘要】 目的:探讨深部X线放射治疗尖锐湿疣的临床应用价值。方法:对2001年1月至2005年6月在我院门诊就诊的尖锐湿疣患者27例,采用深部X线放射治疗。照射靶区包括肿物边缘外5mm,照射剂量为DT30Gy/15次/3周。结果:27例在完成治疗后疣体完全消失,且未出现难以耐受的皮肤放射损伤,不影响生殖器官功能。结论:深部X线放射治疗尖锐湿疣是一种疗效确切,简单易行的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of deep X-rays for condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods:27 patients with CA,from January 2001 to June 2005 in our hospital,were treated with 140KV or 200KV X-rays to total dose of 30Gy/15f/3W.The clinical target volume included the neoplasms plusing 5mm margin.Results:Of all 27 cases,the neoplasms completely disappeared without function impairment of reproductive-organs.The response rate was 100%.Conclusion:Deep X-rays therapy is an effective and simple method to treat condyloma acuminatum.更多还原
