【摘要】 目的:观察TP方案联合热疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,观察组(20例)采用紫杉醇+顺铂(TP方案)化疗联合射频热疗,对照组(20例)仅采用TP方案静脉化疗,21天为一周期,至少完成2周期,评价两组的疗效、生活质量、及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率60%,对照组总有效率35%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后KPS评分的变化有统计学意义;两组毒副反应发生率无显著性差异。结论:TP方案局部热疗联合可提高单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of TP chemotherapy and thermotherapy as regiment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Forty NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group one(n=20) was treated with paclitaxel plus DDP(TP)chemotherapy combined with thermotherapy.Group two(n=20) was treated with regular TP chemotherapy with one cycle of 21 days for two cycles The measures of the efficacy.life quality and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The response rate in group one was 60%,and 35% in group two.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference was significant in the change of KPS score before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The toxic and side effects of the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion:The use of TP chemotherapy combined with thermotherapy can increase effect in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.更多还原
