【摘要】 目的总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的手术效果。方法1999年5月~2007年8月行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝149例,对术后复发率,及并发症等进行随访观察。结果随访139例,时间1~100个月,术后复发5例,复发率3.4%;发生各种并发症13例,并发症发生率8.7%。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术复发率低,并发症少,适应证广,尤其适合老年腹股沟疝的治疗。应坚持正规手术操作,加强围手术期处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the effects of the tension-free hernia repair on the treatment of hernia.Methods Clinical data of 149 patients undergoing tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair from May 1999 to Aug 2007 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results A follow-up from 1 to 100 months in 139 out 149 cases found recurrence in 5 cases and other postoperative complications in 13 cases.Conclusion Tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair can decrease the recurrence and other postoperative complications especially for senile patients.更多还原
