【摘要】 目的探讨高频电波刀在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染的临床应用。方法以高频电波刀治疗电子阴道镜活检确诊的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染患者256例,观察其疗效。结果以高频电波刀治疗宫颈SPI一年治愈率为87.1%,平均手术时间5.5min,无1例宫颈管狭窄发生。结论高频电波刀治疗宫颈SPI操作简单,手术时间短,出血少,治疗效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure on the cervical subclinical human papilloma virus infection.Methods 256 cases of cervical subclinical human papilloma virus infection were diagnosed by electronic colposcopy biops,and treated with Loop electrosurgical excison procedure,and the curative effect was observed.Results The 1-year cure rate was 87.1%,the mean operation time was 5.5 min,no cervical canal stenosis was observed.Conclusion Loop electrosrgical excision procedure treatment on cervical subclinical human papilloma virus infection is simple to perform,and has the advantages of short operation time,less bleeding and good effect.更多还原
