【摘要】 目的探讨B超定位下微创法治疗青少年上尿路结石的诊治方法和临床疗效。方法23例青少年肾结石或输尿管结石患者,采用B超定位下经皮肾镜或输尿管镜气压弹道超声碎取石术,进行一期或二期碎取石。结果单肾结石9例(39.2%),其中并同侧输尿管结石4例(17.4%),并对侧输尿管结石1例(4.35%);双肾结石6例(26.1%);单侧输尿管结石8例(34.8%)。一期穿刺或输尿管镜下碎石成功25例,二期PCNL术碎石2例(8.7%),补充ESWL治疗3例。结论单用B超定位经皮肾镜穿刺,临床简便可行,经皮肾镜输尿管镜弹道超声碎取石治疗青少年上尿路结石疗效确切,具有创伤性极小,碎取石成功率高,康复快,住院时间短等优越性,可有效防止结石残留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the procedure and curative effect of minimally invasive method to treat juvenile upper urinary tract calculi under B-ultrasound guidance.Methods Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and ureterorenoscope lithotripsy under B-ultrasound guidance were administered to treat 23 cases of juvenile urinary tract calculi,including first and second stage treatment.Results There were 9 cases(39.2%) of unilateral renal calculi,4(17.4%) of them complicate with ipsilateral ureteral calculi,and 1(4.35%) with contralateral ureteral calculiThere were 6 cases(26.1%) of bilateral renal calculi and 8 cases(34.8%) of unilateral ureteral calculi 25 cases were operated in first stage by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and ureterorenoscope lithotripsy.2 cases were operated in second stage by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.And 3 cases accepted ESWL as a supplemental treatment.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy under B-ultrasound guidance was simple and convenient to master.Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and ureterorenoscope lithotripsy of juvenile upper urinary tract calculi under B-ultrasound guidance was effective clinically with advantage of minimal invasive,high success ratio,quick recovery and short period in hospital.It could prevent residual calculi effectively.更多还原
