【摘要】 目的探讨健康妇女使用Tcu380A宫内节育器作为紧急避孕的效果。方法接受100例无保护性生活后120h内要求紧急避孕的妇女,放置Tcu380A宫内节育器,放置后1、31、2个月随访,观察避孕有效率、不良反应、并发症、放置前及放置后12个月测血红蛋白。结果避孕有效率100%,置器后12个月无脱落,无带器妊娠,盆腔妇科检查无感染征象,放置前及放置后12个月血红蛋白测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Tcu380A宫内节育器作为紧急避孕方法,避孕有效率高,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of insertion of Tcu380A IUD for emergency contraception.Methods A total of 100 women requesting emergency contraception were recruited.Tcu380A IUD was inserted within 120 hours after unprotected intercourse.Subjects were followed up one month,three months and twelve months after the insertion of Tcu380A IUD respectively.Efficacy of preventing unplanned pregnancy,side effects,complications and hemoglobin values before and twelve months after the insertion of Tcu380A IUD were observed.Results The efficacy rete of preventing unplanned pregnancy was 100%.There were no expulsion of IUD.No pregnancy and no infection sign were found at follow-up visits.There were no significant difference between hemoglobin values before and twelve months after the insertion of Tcu380A IUD(P>0.05).Conclusion Tcu380A IUD insertion is a safe and effective method for emergency contraception.更多还原
