迷走神经损伤大鼠尿生成的改变及机制研究
Study on uropoietic effect and mechanism in injury of vagus nerve rats
【摘要】 目的:研究迷走神经损伤对大鼠尿生成的影响与作用机制。方法:切断大鼠迷走神经,记录其血压和尿量,放免法测定血清心钠素、抗利尿激素和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结果:迷走神经损伤大鼠平均动脉压显著升高,尿量显著增多,血清心钠素和抗利尿激素水平显著下降,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平变化不明显。结论:迷走神经损伤大鼠尿量增多,其机制可能与心钠素和抗利尿激素分泌改变有关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the uropoietic effect and mechanism in injury of vagus nerve rats.Methods:Record of the blood pressure and urine volume,determination of the atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),antidiuretic hormone(ADH)and angiotoninⅡ(ANGⅡ)in serum of the vagus nerve rats.Rusults:The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and urine volume were increased,the ANP levels were increased and the ADH levels were decreased,but the ANGⅡlevels were no significance changes.Conclusion:The urine volume is increased in injury of vagus nerve rats.The ANP increase and the ADH decreased in serum may play an important role in the mechanisms.
