多效唑处理提高马尾松苗木质量的研究

【摘要】 在马尾松苗木生长期,用浓度为500μg.g-1、1 000μg.g-1、1 500μg.g-1、2 000μg.g-1多效唑进行喷施处理。结果表明,低浓度多效唑对马尾松苗木影响不大,高浓度多效唑对其影响极为显著。1 000~1 500μg.g-1浓度多效唑可有效地提高马尾松的苗木质量,提高苗木抗寒能力和造林成活率。

【Abstract】 Paclobutrazol(PP333) was sprayed upon Pinus massomana seedlings during their height growth period with various concentrations of 500 μg·g-1,1 000 μg·g-1,1 500 μg·g-1 and 2 000 μg·g-1.The results showed that PP333 at low concentrations had little influence on the seedlings,but PP333 at high concentrations had a significant infuence on them without any damage.PP333 at concentration of 1 000~1 500 μg·g-1could raise the quality of the seedlings and increase the cold resistance of seedlings and increase the survival rate after afforestation.
