RPFC纤维处理金属离子电镀废水

【摘要】 为了开发新型高效多功能吸附剂,制备了RPFC离子交换螯合纤维,探讨了RPFC纤维的吸附再生特性及对金属离子电镀废水的处理效果。结果表明,RPFC纤维能吸附电镀废水中的含碳、氮有机物及阴阳离子无机物,对金属离子的吸附能力是Cu2+>Ni2+,吸附是多样性的;其吸附效果明显,吸附能力较强,吸附容量大;纤维的再生效果理想,再生频率高。

【Abstract】 The ion exchange fiber of RPFC was prepared to exploit a new-style efficiently multi-function adsorbent. The reborn and adsorbent characteristic of RPFC fiber and the result of processing the plating wastewater containing metal ions were discussed. The results indicated that the RPFC fiber can adsorb the organic matter containing carbon and nitrogen and the inorganic matter containing anion and cation in plating wastewater. The order of its adsorbent ability to the metal ions is Cu2+>Ni2+; its adsorption is diverse and strong, also have great capacity; the reborn result of the RPFC fiber is very well and its reborn frequency is high.
