微生物絮凝剂与无机离子复配去除水中SS的研究
STUDY OF REMOVING ABILITY FOR SS IN WATER BY BIO-FLOCCULANT COUPLING WITH INORGANIC ION
【摘要】 研究了菌株NII4生产的微生物絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂氯化铁、氯化铝复合使用的效果。试验结果表明,在72mg/LCa2+存在下,SS为5g/L的100mL水样中投加2mLNII4发酵液,SS去除率达到92%;在72mg/LCa2+和约1.0mg/L的FeCl3同时存在下,100mL该水样中投加0.5mLNII4发酵液,水体15min内澄清,SS去除率达到95%,水样经处理后上清液中游离Fe3+浓度为0.02~0.04mg/L,游离Ca2+约为67mg/L。以4mg/LAlCl3代替FeCl3时,投加1.0mLNII4发酵液,15min内水澄清,SS去除率达到96%以上,水样经处理后上清液中游离Al3+浓度为0.10~0.16mg/L,游离Ca2+约为65mg/L。投加氯化铁或氯化铝的量很小,几乎不增加水处理的费用,但降低了微生物絮凝剂的用量,使水处理投药费用降低约3/4。
【Abstract】 Generally FeCl3 and AlCl3 can be used as inorganic flocculant. In order to removing the suspended solid in water (mainly kaolin particles, and SS as high as 5g/L), dosage of FeCl3 or AlCl3 should be 100mg/L or higher, and if only bioflocculant is used, the needed amount of bioflocculant-containing cultural fluid should be 3~5mL. The results showed that the bioflocculant ability can be reinforced by FeCl3 or AlCl3. when 72mg/L Ca2+ and 2mL bioflocculant-containing cultural fluid produced by bacteria NII4 were added into 100mL water sample(SS=5g/L), the removing rate of SS is 92%. While 72mg/L Ca2+、1.0mg/L FeCl3 and 0.5mL same cultural fluid were added into 100mL water sample(SS=5g/L), in 15min the water sample turn transparent, and the removing rate of SS is 95%, and the free Fe3+ left in supernatant is 0.02~0.04mg/L, Ca2+ is about 67mg/L. Using 4mg/L AlCl3 instead of FeCl3, the needed amount of same cultural fluid is 1.0mL, the removing rate of SS is almost the same, and the free Al3+ left in supernatant is 0.10~0.16mg/L, Ca2+ is about 65mg/L. Here the adding amount of FeCl3 or AlCl3 is so small that it increase little water treatment fee, but it can reduce the adding amount of bioflocculant about 3/4. Reproducibility of the results is very well.
