高浓度制药废水处理实例

【摘要】 采用接触氧化-气浮-多级生化处理组合工艺处理高浓度制药废水。结果表明,系统COD去除率达95.7%,SS去除率达96.8%,BOD5去除率达99.8%。该工艺具有处理效率高、抗冲击负荷强、运行稳定等优点。

【Abstract】 The high strength medicine wastewater was treated by combined process of the biological contacting oxidation-air floatation-multi-stage biochemistry treatment. The results showed that the removal of COD, SS and BOD5 could reach to 95.7%, 96.8% and 99.8% respectively. The technology has significant advantages, such as high removal efficiency, strong shock resistance and stable operation.
