脉冲电场对海水中悬浮颗粒物沉降效率的影响
EFFECT OF PULSED ELECTRIC FIELD ON SETTLING RATE OF SUSPENDED SOLIDS IN SEAWATER
【摘要】 首次研究了海水中悬浮颗粒物在脉冲电场作用下的沉降效率,并对其影响机理进行了初步探讨。正交试验结果表明:影响海水中悬浮颗粒物沉降效率的因素顺序为脉冲电压、脉冲时间、脉冲处理次数、脉冲频率;且在各因素中较佳的水平条件下,沉降效率可达到86.4%,比未施加脉冲电场时提高近30%。TEM分析结果表明:在脉冲电场的作用下,海水中难沉降的带电荷悬浮颗粒物重新分布其所带电荷并导致偶极化,从而促进了颗粒物之间的凝聚。
【Abstract】 The settling efficiency of suspended particles in the seawater under the action of pulsed electric field was studied first and the mechanism of affecting the efficiency was enquired into in the research.The results of an orthoganal test showed that the sequence of affecting the settling efficiency is: pulsed electric voltage>palsed time>pulsed treatment times>pulsed frequency,and under the condition of better levels of various factors,the settling efficiency reached to 86.4%,and rose by nearly 30%.The TEM’s analytic results showed that under the action of pulsed electric field,the charged suspended particles which are difficult to settle were redistributed and led to dipolarization,thus promoting the coagulation between particles.
