基于波前修正的大尺寸测量图像恢复技术研究
Research of Image Restoration on Large Dimension Measurement
【摘要】 针对现场大尺寸测量难以避免的空气扰动问题,提出了一种采用波前修正的图像恢复方法对经靶镜反射后的畸变激光光斑进行复原,对微米级精密测距、准直的测量结果修正,以提高现场大尺寸测量精度的方法。实验证明:该方法能有效的解决由于大气扰动而产生的图像抖动、变形等问题,从而使测量精度提高,有效测量距离增大。
【Abstract】 Aimed at unavoidable air disturbing in locale large size object measurement,a methodwhich uses wavefront sensor and image restoration to restore the image of laser beam reflected by target lens,and revise large size object measurement and collimation results to fit the measurement requirement was proposed.The experiment result showed that this method can effectively eliminate image dithering and distortion caused by air disturbing,and the precision of measurement and measurement scale can be improved.
