【摘要】 土地整理是增加耕地面积、改善生产条件和生态环境的重要措施。针对当前土地整理效益评价研究及应用需要,本文结合山东省宁阳县伏山土地整理项目,构建了包括经济效益、社会效益和景观生态效益三大指标组成的土地整理效益评价指标体系。采用层次分析方法确定各指标权重,根据评价指标对土地整理效益的影响建立模糊分布函数。在此基础上,通过模糊综合评判得到土地整理项目效益的综合评价结果。研究表明,所建指标体系科学合理,评价技术方法有效可行。该研究对于定量化土地整理效益评价研究和实践有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land consolidation is an important way of increasing cultivated land area,improving production condition and environment.Aiming at current research and application demands on land consolidation benefit-evaluation and taking Fushan land consolidation project as an example,the paper constructed index system of land consolidationbenefit-evaluation,which included economic benefit indexes,social benefit indexes and environment indexes.The paper used AHP methods to reckon index weights and set up evaluation indexes’ fuzzy distribution function.Based on those,comprehensive evaluation conclusion was obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The study indicated that index system and evaluation method are reasonable and feasible.There is reference significance for study and practiceon quantitative land consolidation benefit-evaluation.更多还原
