【摘要】 对产于青藏高原风毛菊属(Saussurea DC.)中的两个亚属——雪莲亚属(Subgen.Amphilaena)和风毛菊亚属(Subgen.Saussurea)中五个种的染色体数目和核型做了研究.结果表明,五个种的染色体数目和核型如下:唐古特雪莲(S.tangutica)2n=2x=34=16m+14sm+4st,多鞘雪莲(S.polycolea),2n=2x=32=24m+8sm,尖苞风毛菊(S.subulisqua-ma)2n=2x=30=10m+20sm,这三种风毛菊属植物均属2B型;蒙古风毛菊(S.mongolica)2n=2x=26=10m+12sm+4st,属2A型;乌苏里风毛菊(S.ussuriensis)2n=2x=24=2m+14sm+8st,属3B型;这五个种均为二倍体,并且在染色体中均未发现随体.更多还原

【Abstract】 The chromosome numbers and the karyotypes were studied on 5 species of Subgen.Amphilaena and Subgen.Saussurea in Saussurea from the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. The result shows that the chromosome numbers and the karyotypes are as follows: S. tangutica 2n=2x=34=16m+14sm+4st, S.polycolea 2n=2x=32=24m+8sm, S.subulisquama 2n=2x=30=10m+20sm, their karyotypes belong to stebbings 2B type; while S.mongolica 2n=2x=26=10m+12sm+4st, karyotype belongs to stebbings 2A type; S.ussuriensis 2n=2x=24=2m+14sm+8st,karyotype belongs to stebbings 3B type; They are all diploid, and no satellites have been found in these 5 species.更多还原
