【Abstract】 SSR and ISSR were new molecular marker techniques in recent years,which were on the basis of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for DNA amplification1.They were employed widely in the research of various fields due to their properties of high diversity ,stability,amount of heredity information. The purpose of this review was to introduce the principles ,methods ,characteristics and applications of the two techniques in various fields,such as genetic diversity,population hereditary structure analysis,kinship analysis,genetic mapping,germ plasm resource identification and conservation.更多还原
