【摘要】 目的分析育龄妇女的死亡原因及死亡率,探讨相应干预措施。方法对2004~2007年合肥市区育龄妇女死亡调查结果进行回顾性分析。结果2004~2007年4年间育龄妇女死亡率为56.63/10万。育龄妇女死亡的前5位死因为恶性肿瘤、意外伤害、脑血管病、心脏病、神经系统疾病,分别占死因构成比的40.25%、20.90%、6.82%、5.30%和3.79%。乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、白血病、子宫癌分别占恶性肿瘤死亡比的15.53%、13.41%、12.94%、10.59%、8.47%。交通事故、自杀分别占意外伤害死亡比的38.02%、26.62%。结论妇幼保健工作应加强健康普查和健康教育;防止恶性肿瘤、意外伤害死亡、心脑血管疾病的发生是降低育龄妇女死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate mortality rate of women of childbearing age and to analyze cause of death so as to explore related interventions.Methods The investigation results of death of women of childbearing age in Hefei in a period from 2004 to 2007 were reviewed.Results In the 4 year-period,the mortality rate of women of childbearing age was 56.63/100 000.The first five causes were malignant tumors(40.25%),accidents(20.90%),cerebrovascular diseases(6.82%),cardiovascular diseases(5.30%) and neuropathies(nervous system diseases)(3.79%).Of which,breast cancer,gastric cancer,lung cancer,leukemia and endometrial carcinoma accounted for 15.53%,13.41%,12.94%,10.59% and 8.47% of the total death caused by malignant tumors respectively.Traffic accidents and suicides accounted for 38.02% and 26.62% of the death caused by accidents respectively.Conclusion Health screening and health education should be strengthened in maternal and child health work.Preventing development of malignant tumors,accidents and cardiovascular diseases are key steps to reduce mortality rate of women of childbearing age.更多还原
