【摘要】 精纺羊绒纱的开发一直是国内羊绒行业的一大难题,而鸡爪痕问题更是企业长期以来精纺超轻薄羊绒衫开发的瓶颈之一,如何解决鸡爪痕问题成了精纺羊绒企业一直面临的难题。通过对后整理中可能影响鸡爪痕的因素进行分析,并对后整理关键工艺参数进行调整,经过正交实验的方式分析了各个不同的工艺参数对鸡爪痕的影响。最后得到了后整理需要首先控制缩绒温度和缩绒时间,其次要严格控制缩绒前洗剂浸泡时间以及手洗时间的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of different finishing process parameters on the crow’s feet flaw on the worsted cashmere sweater is analysed through orthogonal experiments, and it is found that controlling the fulling temperature and time is essential and that the immersion time with detergent solution and hand washing time should be also strictly controlled.更多还原
