压缩空气泡沫熄灭油池火的有效性

【摘要】 利用自行开发的压缩空气泡沫灭火系统,研究了泡沫溶液浓度、喷头高度、混合腔前端结构及工作压力等因素对灭火有效性的影响规律.实验发现,泡沫溶液的浓度对灭火速度影响很大,并且存在一个最佳的灭火浓度区间:2.2%~3.0%;同轴混合腔的灭火效果明显好于T型混合腔,在实验浓度范围内,平均灭火时间T型的比同轴型的长49.7%;灭火时间随着喷头高度的增加呈二次函数的趋势增长;增大工作压力可有效加快压缩空气泡沫对油池火表面的覆盖速率,同时灭火时间随着工作压力的增大而缩短.

【Abstract】 Using the self-developed compressed air foam fire suppression system,the principles of extinguishing efficiency on pool fire under such factors as foam concentration,nozzle height,forepart structure of mixing chamber and working pressure are stud- ied.It is found that foam concentration has a great impact on extinguishing speed,and that there exists an optimal range of foam concentration for extinguishment.It is also found that coaxial mixing chamber outperforms T-shape mixing chamber in extinguishing efficiency,that there appears to be a second order relationship between extinguishing time and nozzle height,and that increasing working pressure will boost foam covering speed over the pool and then reduce extinguishing time.
