秸秆热解特性及热解动力学研究
STUDY ON CHARICTERS AND DYNAMICS CONCERNING PYROLYSIS OF CORN STALKS
【摘要】 用热重-差热分析仪对玉米秸秆在不同升温速率下进行了热分析试验。试验结果表明,玉米秸秆的热解过程主要分为脱水、保持、剧烈失重和缓慢失重4个阶段。升温速率在5 K/min、10 K/min和30 K/min时最大质量损失速率对应的温度分别为318℃、325℃和341℃。在热重试验的基础上,分别采用Coats-Redfern法、最大速率法和分布活化能模型等不同的动力学处理方法对秸秆热解进行了动力学计算,并用Malek法对机理方程进行筛选,得出了不同升温速率下连续的一级反应动力学模型。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis tests of corn stalks have been carried out by using thermogravimetric and differential analysis instruments at different temperature rise rate.Results of test show that the pyrolysis process of corn stalks is mainly composed of four stages,namely dehydration,holding,rapid weight loss,and slow weight loss.Temperature of the maximum mass loss rate is 318 ℃,325 ℃,and 341 ℃ respectively,corresponding to temperature rise rate 5 K/min,10 K/min,and 30 K/min.Based on the thermogravimetric test,three kinds of method,i.e..Coates-Redfern,maximum speed rate,and DAME,have been used to carry out dynamics calculation concerning pyrolysis of corn stalks,and the Malek method being used to screen the best mechanism equation,obtaining the kinetic model of firstorder continuous reaction at different temperature rise rate.
