超超临界机组锅炉后屏过热器泄漏原因分析和处理
CAUSE ANALYSIS OF REAR PLATEN SUPERHEATER LEAKAGE FOR BOILER OF ULTRA-SUPERCRITICAL UNIT AND REMEDIAL MEASURES THEREOF
【摘要】 对华电邹县电厂四期超超临界机组7号炉后屏过热器泄漏原因进行了分析,认为主要因管子入口节流孔被堵塞,通流截面减少,蒸汽流量降低,冷却效果差,管子过热导致爆管所致。同时介绍了该锅炉的吹管工艺特点。
【Abstract】 The causes leading to rear platen superheater leakage for boiler no.7 of ultra-supercritical unit in fourth-phase project of Hudian Zhou’xian Power Plant have been analysed, it is believed that the main causes resulting in tube-burst are as follows: blockage of throttle orifice in the inlet of tubes, making the passage section to be reduced, the flow rate of steam to be decreased, the cooling effect to be bad, and the tubes to be overheated. At the same time, the features of pipe blowing technology for the said boiler has been presented.
