初始温度和制动压力对鼓式制动器制动性能影响的试验分析
Experimental Research on Average Brake Factor of Drum Brake Affected by Initial Temperature and Brake Pressure
【摘要】 以某轿车的后轮鼓式制动器为研究对象,在制动器惯性实验台上对其平均制动器因数进行测试研究。在初始制动速度一定的情况下,考虑初始温度和制动压力2个主要影响因素,通过正交实验和二次正交回归方法,得到该制动器的平均制动器因数随初始温度和制动压力的变化表达式。
【Abstract】 Average brake factor was measured for a rear wheel drum brake of some car on brake dynamometer.At the same brake initial speed,the effect of initial temperature and pressure on average brake factor was analyzed.By orthogonal test and quadric recursive method,the equation which can describe the change of average brake factor with initial temperature and pressure was got.
