考虑润滑性能的少齿差行星传动多目标优化设计
Multi-objective Optimization of Small Tooth Difference Epicyclic Gears with Respect to Lubrication Performance
【摘要】 传统少齿差行星传动设计,由于设计计算复杂,润滑设计是在后期被动的验算,而很难得到最佳设计参数。在分析齿形参数对齿轮润滑性能影响的基础上,结合少齿差行星传动的结构特点,以体积最小和最小油膜厚度最大作为目标函数建立了NN型少齿差行星传动的数学模型。通过实例计算表明,所建立的数学模型能够真实反映设计问题,简化设计计算,实现了主动润滑设计。
【Abstract】 The designing calculation is complex and lubrication design is passive checking in the traditional design of small tooth difference epicyclic gears,it is difficult to obtain the best design parameters.Based on the analysis of the influence of tooth parameters on gear lubrication and the structure features,a mathematical model of NN few teeth difference epicyclic gears was built up by taking the minimum of planetary reducer’s body and maximum of the minimum oil film thickness as target functions.The actual calculation shows that the model can reflect the design problem factually,simplify the designing calculation and achieve active lubrication design.
