基于多源知识融合的滑动轴承设计研究

【摘要】 传统滑动轴承设计过程中较少综合利用各类知识资源,这样的设计致使轴系易发生振动超标,甚至发生轴系失稳导致毁机事故。基于谢友柏院士提出的现代设计理论,提出了基于多源知识融合的滑动轴承设计方法,并初步建立了基于已有知识、数字仿真、物理模型试验、已有产品运行中的表现等多源知识融合的滑动轴承设计知识库系统,并在国产首台1000MW机组低压A转子支承轴承设计研究中得以应用。

【Abstract】 It is little comprehensive utilization of various types of knowledge resources in the traditional bearing design process,which always causes shaft vibration-prone,even rotor instability and rotating machinery damaged.Based on the modern design theory proposed by academician Xie Youbai,the sliding bearing design method based on multi-source knowledge integration was presented,a sliding bearing design knowledge database was established,which helps to integrate sliding bearing related knowledge,such as numerical simulation,the bearing physical model testing,etc.it was applied successfully in the bearing of the Domestic first 1 000 MW Turbogenerator ALP design.
