复合结构高温超导推力轴承的静态特性
Static Behavior of a Complex High Temperature Superconductor Thrust Bearings
【摘要】 基于宏观电磁场的临界态Bean模型,利用商用电磁场有限元分析软件ANSYS对由多块高温超导体和一整块环形永磁体组成的复合结构高温超导推力轴承静态特性进行了数值研究,分析了环形永磁体的结构参数对高温超导推力轴承静态悬浮力的影响。结果发现在由多块高温超导体和一整块环形永磁体组成的高温超导推力轴承结构中,存在着一个能够使轴承的悬浮力达到最大的几何关系。
【Abstract】 Based on the Bean’s critical state model of macroscopic electromagnetic field,the static behavior of a complex high temperature superconducting thrust bearing (HTSC-TB) consisted of more bulk high temperature superconductors(HTSC) and a permanent magnet ring was analysed using commercial finite element softwares ANSYS.The effect of the geometric parameters of the HTSC-TB on the levitation force of the HTSC-TB was dealt with.The results show there is an optimal geometric relation between the permanent magnet ring and the bulk HTSC in which the levitation force of the HTSC-TB maximizes.
