水润滑轴承的动态特性研究
Dynamics Simulation of Water Lubricated Bearing
【摘要】 利用有限元软件研究了水润滑轴承的三维模态及其应力分布和谐响应规律。通过施加简单位移边界条件分析了模态响应,进而以时间历程载荷分析了水润滑轴承整体结构的谐响应特性,并讨论了影响特征频率的几个重要参数。模拟结果表明:对运用于高速或超高速运行工况下的水润滑轴承,其自由模态的频率较低,并处于结构发生共振的范围内;而约束模态的频率相对较高,转动载荷的振动频率将不可能达到结构的特征频率之内,因此产生共振的可能性相对较小。仿真结果与实验结论吻合较好,验证了该研究方法的正确性和可行性。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional modal,stress distribution and harmonic response laws of water-lubricated bearings were studied using finite element software.Modal responses were analyzed by exerting boundary conditions of simple displacement,the harmonic response features of the entire water-lubricated bearing with time-history loads were analyzed and a couple of important parameters which influence the eigen-frequencies were discussed.The results show that the free modal eigen-frequencies of water-lubricated bearing when working at high or super high speed are correspondingly low and within resonance vibration frequencies.The eigen-frequencies of constrain modal are relatively high and they should go beyond the extension of rotation load frequencies,and the possibility of occurring resonance vibration is reduced.The simulation results agree with the experimental data satisfactorily,which shows the right and feasibility of this method.
